Management Team

The management team consists of the principal, deputy-principal, two heads of departments and the psychologist. This leader team has weekly meetings to discuss pertinent issues relating to all aspects of the professional operation of our school. They give direction to our varied funtions. Fixed items on the agenda are reports from the department heads and psychologist re the activities of their departments.

There are no rigid boundaries between the management team and the rest of the staff. Other staff members are invited to join management meetings when appropriate. A system of participating decision making is cultivated. There are daily staff meetings to ensure the regular flow of information of general concern.
